YOUR DEMOCRACY, IN FOCUS

Trust Starts with the Source

A clearer view of Congress, with the context intact.

Real Members. Transparent Limits.

This phase-one prototype contains 539 official member profiles, including delegates and the resident commissioner. House source publication: October 1, 2026. Senate assignments updated October 5, 2026. All feeds retrieved October 5, 2026.

What Counts as Attendance?

Present: a cited committee attendance record, transcript, or timestamped video supports presence. Absent: an explicit reliable attendance record supports absence. Unverified: evidence is missing or inconclusive. Not speaking, a missing camera shot, or a missed floor vote does not establish absence from a hearing.

No committee-hearing attendance determinations are published in this prototype. Floor roll-call participation is reported separately. Illustrative hearing cards are clearly labeled. Profiles link to official records and use Congress.gov portraits where available.

Your Preview

Following and saved hearings last for this browser session. The optional account service stores a private citizen profile and verification status when connected. Static previews cannot sign in or vote. No notifications are sent. Citizenly is an independent product, not an official congressional service.

Floor Participation Data Coverage
